  The media and the increasingly secular Western world do not seem to get it. Marriage was instituted by God. No bishop or bishop’s conference, not even the pope himself, has the power to change it. No amount of protests by zealots, or arrests and persecutions by governments up to and including putting Catholics to death (we're not there yet, but . . .), will ever change this perennial and infallible teaching of our Catholic Faith.

  I made an appointment for a private confession so I waited in the rectory over 1 hour and 30minutes past my schedule appointment time for confession and there was no priest there to give me a confession, I was very disappointed. It show's how some priests don't care about serving Jesus in the correct way that they should. Today I went for a confession again and I was the last person in the confession line and the priest couldn't make a confession with me even though I was the last person and that priest wasn't even performing the mass, there was a priest already there doing mass. I was very disappointed in that too. The saints confessed people sins for like 7 hours straight and I don't know why this priest couldn't confess me if I was the last person in the confession line. This church really needs to be fixed with priests that actually care for their people and Jesus.
